Exchanges and Returns?
Exchanges and returns policy. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must have been unused and must be in the same condition as you received it.
To complete your exchange we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you want to cancel an order you will have to do so before it is produced, after its production you are no longer eligible for cancellation.
Exchanges or returns (if applicable) will only replace items that are defective/damaged, or by any mistake on our staff.

We will refund your shipping costs to return the item (up to €3). The value will be sent together with the replacement item.
Depending on available stock, the time it may take for your exchanged product to ship may vary.
NOTE: We do not make exchanges or returns for mistakes or wrong size choices.

our Size Chart available within each product page.
